<h3>Overview</h3> <p>This video demonstrates the functionality of the neurofibroma (NF) segmentation pipeline integrated into 3D Slicer as part of the MONAI Label framework. The pipeline is described in our research "Anatomy-Informed Deep Learning and Radiomics for Automated Neurofibroma Segmentation in Whole-Body MRI". The pipeline’s code is available on GitHub: <a href="https://github.com/IPMI-ICNS-UKE/NFSegmentationPipeline/tree/master/">NF Segmentation Pipeline</a>.</p>
