Normalized First Street Census-Tract Data V1.3
<p>Normalized 2020 and 2050 First Street flood risk data aggregated at the census-tract level. A lower number indicates less risk (0 is minimum) and a higher number indicates more risk (1 is maximum). The normalization process subtracts the mean from the local value and divides it by the standard deviation: ((tract_value - overall mean) / stand_dev). <p><strong>Description: </strong></p> <p>Tree census data from the SAFE Project 2011-12.
