<p>O Relatório Técnico Conclusivo tem como objetivo permitir aos gestores do IFAM do Campus Manaus Distrito Industrial reduzir a evasão escolar nos cursos técnicos de eletrônica e automação industrial na modalidade subsequente por meio de uma proposta de ação para minimizar os problemas causados pela evasão escolar nos cursos citados. A proposta foi encaminhada para discussão no PDI da instituição.</p> <p>Avanços tecnológicos/grau de novidade:<br>Embora haja muitas pesquisas sobre evasão, a complexidade do problema faz com que causas e soluções variem conforme o contexto. Esta pesquisa se diferencia ao analisar especificamente a evasão em cursos técnicos subsequentes, uma modalidade pouco estudada, considerando as práticas de gestão escolar e o planejamento estratégico da instituição. </p>
