Honker 4x4 Pickup prototype
The vehicle presented is the newest development variant of the Polish off-road Honker vehicle, which has been manufactured since 1988 mostly for the purposes of the military. In contrast to the basic Honker 4x4 model, which was mostly produced for the military, the pickup truck was intended predominantly for the civilian market. The prototype built in 2009-2010 differs from the mass produced Honker 4x4 not only in body shape and dimensions, but also in the luxury elements used in its interior, including leather upholstery. This vehicle variant did not go into mass production as the Fabryka Samochodów Honker found itself in financial difficulties. For this reason, the unit presented here is the only one in existence. Dataset for the Report on 2.3. "Equipment prototypes validation in laboratory conditions"
<p>The system has been tested using signals that were generated using a mathematical model based on physical processes when applying wind lidar using Matlab software.</p><p>3 types of signals were considered:</p><p>1. Simulation of a set of backscattering events for a signal that does not attenuate (does not exist in reality)</p><p>2. Simulation of a set of backscattering events for a signal attenuating proportional to the square of the distance (does not exist in reality)</p><p>3. Simulation of a set of events to check the RMS of the system resolution period</p><p>To perform the tests, the system FPGA code was modified to allow playback of the test signals downloaded from the PC through the reserved Fire-out and Event out connectors (upper left connectors of the system).</p>

EEG data closed and open eyes: OpenBCI Cyton and EEG Prototype
<p>The participant group included a total of seven vol-unteers (males) who agreed to participate in theresearch. Their mean age was 29.67 (range 24–56).The participants indicated that they do not havehearing or visual impairments. Participation was vol-untary and informed consent was obtained for eachparticipant in order to employ their EEG data in ourstudy. We captured the brain activity of the subjects with the proposed EEG prototype (see [1]) and the OpenBCI Cyton board. Gold cup electrodes were placed in accordance with the 10–20 international system for electrode placement andattached to the subjects scalp using a conductive paste. Electrode-skin impedances were checked to bebelow 15 kΩ at all electrodes. Several studies have proved that the alpha rhythm predominates in the occipital area of the brain when subjects remain with their eyes closed and it is reduced when visualstimulation takes place. In accordance with these works, the input channel of the prototype was located in the O2 position. Moreover, to reduce the setup time and improve the EEG signal quality, the reference and ground electrodes were placed inthe FP2 and A1 positions, respectively, where the absence of hair facilitates its placement. All the experiments were conducted in a sound-attenuated and controlled environment. Participants were seated in a comfortable chair and asked to be relaxed and focused on the task, trying to avoid any distraction or external stimulus. Experiments were composed of 2 tasks: the first one, 60 s of oE and the second, 60 s of cE. Each task was separated by a pause of at least 3 s to ensure the participant is rested before a new task. In order to simulate a real-life situation, the subject could move his gaze freely during the eye-open tasks, without the need to keep it at a fixed point. The procedure was conveniently explained in advance allowing the participants to feel comfortable and familiar with the test environment. Possible artifacts were minimized by asking them not to speak, move or blink (or atleast as little as possible) throughout the oE task. A total of 10 tasks (i.e. 10 min) were recorded for each participant, which corresponds to five tasks of oE and five tasks of cE.</p> <p> </p> <p>Data is organized in a folder for each subject (S1, S2, S3, etc.). Inside each subject folder we find two different folders:</p> <ul> <li>PP: which contains the recordings captured with the proposed prototype.</li> <li>OPB: which contains the recordings captured with the Cyton board.</li> </ul> <p>Inside each of these folders we will find 10 files: 5 corresponding to open eyes and closed eyes. Polonez ambulance/van, prototype
The Polonez ambulance/van is a light delivery vehicle based on the design and components of the FSO Polonez passenger car. Developed between 1985 and 1990 by the Zakład Samochodów Dostawczych in Nysa, the vehicle was intended to be mainly used for sanitary transportation. Over time it was to replace the outdated Nysa 522. The prototype had a mixed structure: the body front was monocoque, the cargo space was based on a frame. The roof of both parts of the vehicle had a flexible connection with a stress and vibration damper – a solution that was patented. User Evaluation and Metrics Analysis of a Prototype Web-based Federated Search Engine for Art and Cultural Heritage
<p>This dataset includes the quantitative data of the usage during the evaluation phase of a prototype web-based federated search engine for art and cultural heritage related content. The metrics which resulted in the dataset were in the form of a timeline of actions taken from a user (evaluator) in the course of a single session of interaction with the platform. A total of 20 different metrics were being monitored regarding the usage of the search engine, including submitting a query, a voice query, preforming a visual search, viewing a result, viewing a visual search result, updating an avatar, editing a user profile or changing user preferences, bookmarking and removing bookmarks of results and visual search results, using text to speech of all the various elements, opening the source view of a result and clicking a concept tag. All metrics included the timestamp of the event taking place and the value of the related event (e.g. the term of a search query).</p>

<p>Functional Prototype 1 (FP1): Capture and Utilisation of CO2 from a biofuels biorefinery that include biomass combustion, ethanolic fermentation and anaerobic digestion via autotrophic algae growth. This prototype aims to valorise the carbon dioxide produced from three separate streams of an integrated biorefinery. This biorefinery constructed in the framework of Life CircforBio, is situated in NTUA’s Lavrion Culture and Technological Park (LCTP), Attica, Greece and treats several types of biowaste such as source separated food waste, brewery spent grains, spent coffee grounds, potato processing industry waste, orange juice industry waste etc. It has a daily capacity of 1tn wet feedstock. The main products are oil (raw material for biodiesel), bioethanol, biogas and digestate.
