Geographic Information System of structural elements in the Niobe-Aphrodite Map Area of Venus: a tool for structural and geologic analysis.
<p>The Niobe Aphrodite Map Area covers over 25% of the surface of Venus and extends from 57N to 57S and 60E to 180E. The structural-element map presented here is derived from the1:10 M-scale geologic maps of Niobe Planitia, U.S. Geological Survey I-2467 and Aphrodite Terra, U.S. Geological Survey I-2476. Both maps are in various stages of review and revision overseen by the U.S. Geological Survey on behalf of NASA.</p> <p>Here we present a Geographic Information System (GIS) that contain the different structural elements of the area (deformation structures and lithodemic units), that can be used to analyze relationships between and among suites of structural elements across this large portion of Venus’ surface.</p> <p>Base images and data on which determination of the structural element determination is based can be accessed and downloaded directly in GIS-ready formats through the USGS Map a Planet website (https://astrogeology.usgs.gov/tools/map-a-planet-2).</p>

The Fire Effects Information System (FEIS) provides up-to-date information about fire effects on plants, lichens, and animals. It was developed at the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Rocky Mountain Research Station, Fire Sciences Laboratory in Missoula, Montana. The FEIS database contains literature reviews, taken from current English-language literature of about 900 plant species, 7 lichen species, about 100 wildlife species, 17 Research Project Summaries, and 16 Kuchler plant communities of North America. The emphasis of each review and summary is fire and how it affects species. Background information on taxonomy, distribution, basic biology, and ecology of each species is also included. Reviews are thoroughly documented, and each contains a complete bibliography. Managers from several land management agencies (United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, and United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Bureau of Land Management, Fish and Wildlife Service, and National Park Service) choose the species included in the database. Assessing the Immunization Information System and Electronic Health Record interface accuracy for COVID-19 vaccinations
<p><strong>Objective</strong></p> <p>Our objective is to assess the accuracy of the COVID-19 vaccination status within the Electronic Health Record for a panel of patients in a primary care practice when manual queries of the state immunization databases are required to access outside immunization records.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong></p> <p>A manual query of the local Immunization Information Systems for 4,114 adult patients with "unknown" vaccination status showed 44% of the patients were previously vaccinated. Attempts to assess the comprehensiveness of the Immunization Information Systems were hampered by incomplete documentation in the chart and poor response to patient outreach.</p> <p><strong>Conclusions </strong></p> <p>When the interface between the patient chart and the local Immunization Information System depends on a manual query for the transfer of data, the COVID-19 vaccination status for a panel of patients is often inaccurate.</p> <p>This study was reviewed by the University of Kansas Medical Center Institutional Review Board and was designated as a quality improvement project.</p>
An assessment of energy system transformation pathways to achieve net-zero carbon dioxide emissions in Switzerland. Supplementary Information Assumptions and Results
<p>This dataset accompanies the corresponding article in Communications Earth and Environment. It contains the key assumptions used in the energy system modelling with the Swiss TIMES energy systems model (STEM) for assessing net-zero carbon dioxide emissions scenarios for Switzerland. In addition, contains extensive results from STEM for each one of the core scenarios and variants assessed in the study.</p> <p>The following files are contained in this repository:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Supplementary Data 1</strong>: This is the EXCEL file "Supplementary_Information_Assumptions.xslx" which contains key assumptions of the long-term scenarios assessed with STEM. These include among others: the major energy and climate policies in each scenario, the economic and demographic assumptions, key drivers for the residential energy demand (e.g., floor reference area or appliances), key drivers for the energy demand in the services sectors (e.g., Gross Value Added or floor area), key drivers for the energy demand in industry (e.g., production index or Gross Value Added), mobility demands, energy import prices, hourly electricity import prices, net transfer capacities, domestic sustainable renewable resource potentials, energy supply and demand technologies costs and efficiencies</li> <li><strong>Supplementary Data 2</strong>: This is the EXCEL file "Supplementary_Information_Results.xlsx" which contains energy balances from the baseline and the net-zero CO<sub>2</sub> emissions scenarios. The results for each scenario are: domestic production by fuel, net imports by fuel, primary energy consumption by fuel, input to conversion sectors by fuel, electricity supply and capacities by fuel, district heating supply by fuel, final energy consumption by fuel and sector, CO2 emissions by source, energy system costs, and indicators such as energy consumption per capita, energy intensity of GDP, CO2 emissions per capita and CO2 intensity of GDP. </li> <li><strong>Supplementary Data 3</strong>: The ZIP file "Source_code_and_data_for_charts.zip" contains source codes and data for reproducing the figures in the manuscript. </li> </ul>
Trusting Information Systems in Everyday Work Events – Effects on Cognitive Resources, Performance, and Well-being
<p>This dataset contains raw data collected in an online study at the University of Muenster, Germany. The study is part of a larger research project and examined trust in information systems' associations with users' cognitive resources, performance, and well-being within everyday working events, making use of the event reconstruction method (Grube et al., 2008). It further investigated the moderating influence of contextual conditions of the usage event (i.e., users' accountability and workplace distractions), as well as user-related factors. Data collection was divided into two studies: a pre-study in which user-related factors (disposition to trust technology, technology competence, need for cognition, conscientiousness, need forcontrol) were collected; and a main study within which subjects were asked to put themselves back into their last information system usage event using the event reconstruction method and to indicate their trust in the system, assumed outcomes, as well as perceptions of accountability and workplace distractions.</p>

(2023a). Status of genera and nominal subfamily placements follow WoRMS <a href="https://www.marinespecies.org/polychaeta/">https://www.marinespecies.org/polychaeta/</a>.</p><p>The version distributed here includes only Nereididae genera and is part of the Wilson et al. (2023b) Zenodo repository which also includes other outputs: Nexus files as .nex and natural language output of taxon descriptions and character lists as .rtf files. </p><p>Updates including fixes to any errors found, and including new taxa and new taxonomic revisions, will be uploaded to Zenodo as new versions (the doi above will resolve to the most recent version).
