The global 30-m mangrove canopy height map for 2020
<p><span>The global mangrove canopy height map with a resolution of 30 m for 2020 (GlobeMCH_2020_30m_v1) was generated by integrating the Ice, Cloud, and Land Elevation Satellite-2 (ICESat-2), Sentinel-2 optical images and other ancillary data based on Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform. The coordinate system of the GlobeMCH_2020_30m_v1 is World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS 84) and the unit of the mangrove canopy height value is meter. The GlobeMCH_2020_30m_v1 was divided into 101 files, and the range of each file is 11°×11° (10° + 1° buffer).</span></p>

Global Mangrove Height at 30 m Pixel Resolution
<p>Here we present the first global mangrove height map at 30 m pixel resolution, derived from field data and NASA's SRTM datasets.</p>

<p>Data is from a field study in the Pahoia area of Tauranga New Zealand. The field log details the entire data collection effort, but only water level data is presented. The study site is characterized by short dense mangrove vegetation and deeply incised drainage channels. Data contains a full spring/neap tidal cycle </p>

<p>Data provided is from a University of Waikato field study in a mangrove forest in the Firth of Thames, New Zealand. The Field Log details all efforts of the data collection. Data products presented here only relate to water level (with respect to a fixed vertical datum). A storm event coinciding with spring tide created a 10-year high water event captured during the deployment. The data has a high level of spatial and temporal detail of the flood event, as well as normal tidal cycles, <span>in a single </span>cross-shore transect.</p>
