Medication use and aspects of ageism_EU ADHOC, SHELTER and EUROAGEISM H2020 projects (video in the Czech language)
<p>This video presents examples of problems related to inappropriate medication use in older patients and aspects of ageism. Results of the previous EU ADHOC and SHELTER projects are mentioned, as well as aims and objectives of newly started the EUROAGEISM H2020 project, mainly project of ESR7 on inappropriate medication prescribing in older adults and aspects of ageism. The video has been supported by the EU COST Action IS1402 initiative.</p>

MS-UMG: MALDI-TOF Mass Spectra and Resistance Information on Antimicrobials from University Medical Center Göttingen
<p>During routine diagnostic procedures, we aggregated MALDI-TOF MS data of organisms isolated from clinical specimens from the University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG) in 2020 / 2021. We integrated these with corresponding antimicrobial susceptibility profiles. This amounted to 26,961 mass spectra and 26,961 corresponding metadata entries for the year 2020, and 50,381 mass spectra and 50,381 corresponding metadata entries for 2021, respectively. Dataset for Medical Image Processing in Python Carpentries lesson
<p>This dataset contains a collection of medical imaging files for use in the <a href="https://github.com/esciencecenter-digital-skills/medical-image-processing">"Medical Image Processing with Python" lesson</a>, originally developed by the <a href="https://www.esciencecenter.nl/">Netherlands eScience Center</a>. </p> <p>The dataset includes:</p> <ol> <li>SimpleITK compatible files: MRI T1 and CT scans (<em>training_001_mr_T1.mha, training_001_ct.mha</em>), digital X-ray (<em>digital_xray.dcm</em> in DICOM format), neuroimaging data (<em>A1_grayT1.nrrd, A1_grayT2.nrrd</em>). Data have been downloaded from <a href="https://insightsoftwareconsortium.github.io/SimpleITK-Notebooks/Python_html/00_Setup.html">here</a>. </li> <li>MRI data: a T2-weighted image (<em>OBJECT_phantom_T2W_TSE_Cor_14_1.nii</em> in NIfTI-1 format).
