The recorded cultures are:</p> <p>'NS' - E18 primary rat cortical neurons (A1084001, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA));</p> <p>'8020' - 80 % E18 primary rat cortical neurons (A1084001, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA)) + 20 % rat cortical astrocytes (N7745100, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA,USA);</p> <p>'5050' - 50 % E18 primary rat cortical neurons (A1084001, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA)) + 50 % rat cortical astrocytes (N7745100, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA,USA);</p> <p>The MEAs were recorded at 14, 19, and 28 DIV.
