Neuronal and neuron-astrocyte co-culture MEA recordings.

A dataset consisting of various standard 60-electrode MEA recordings. The recorded cultures are:

'NS' - E18 primary rat cortical neurons (A1084001, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA));

'8020' - 80 % E18 primary rat cortical neurons (A1084001, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA)) + 20 % rat cortical astrocytes (N7745100, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA,USA);

'5050' - 50 % E18 primary rat cortical neurons (A1084001, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA)) + 50 % rat cortical astrocytes (N7745100, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA,USA);

The MEAs were recorded at 14, 19, and 28 DIV.
