The tree is rooted to Neopestalotiopsis protearum (CBS 114178). Maximum likelihood and maximum parsimony bootstrap support values ≥ 70% and Bayesian Inference posterior probabilities ≥ 0.90 (MLBS/ BIPP/MPBS) are given at the nodes in common branches. The isolates obtained in this study are highlighted in yellow. Ex-type strains are in bold. The scale bar represents the expected number of changes per site.
