Figure 3 in Delimiting phylogeographic diversity in the genomic era: application to an Iberian endemic frog
Figure 3. Mitochondrial phylogeography of R. parvipalmata. Dots on the map (A) show the distribution of the three main cyt-b haplogroups identified on the phylogenetic network (B). The respective ranges of the two nuclear lineages are illustrated by shaded backgrounds (T1: red; T2: orange; dashed line: putative centre of the hybrid zone). Note how the T1b matrilines (pink dots) are found across T2 populations from western Asturias (orange area).
Figure 2 in Delimiting phylogeographic diversity in the genomic era: application to an Iberian endemic frog
Figure 2. Characterization of the hybrid zone between the Galician R. p. parvipalmata T1 (red) and the Asturian R. p. asturiensis T2 (orange) lineages. The map (A) and the STRUCTURE barplot (B) show population and individual ancestries, based on 812 unlinked SNPs. The cline plot (C) models the geographic transition by fitting a sigmoid function to the genome-average ancestry data (STRUCTURE Q) and to 17 unlinked individual SNPs fixed between the lineages.
Figure 1 in Delimiting phylogeographic diversity in the genomic era: application to an Iberian endemic frog
Figure 1. Phylogeographic structure and diversity in R. parvipalmata based on RAD-seq analyses. The map (A) shows the location and numbering of sampled localities; the yellow shades outline the presumed distribution of the species. Barplots (B) and the PCA (C) display within-population expected heterozygosity He and between-sample genetic variation, both based on 812 unlinked SNPs. (D) The phylogenetic network shows genetic relationships among samples, based on ~155 kb sequences. Colour-coding follows a red-orange gradient that corresponds to the average genomic ancestries of samples/populations between the Galician R. p. parvipalmata T1 (red) and the Asturian R. p. asturiensis T2 (orange) lineages (Fig. 2). Triangles and squares highlight the isolated southernmost and westernmost samples/populations. The star shows the type locality and the holotype of R. p. asturiensis.
Figure 4 in Delimiting phylogeographic diversity in the genomic era: application to an Iberian endemic frog
Figure 4. Comparison of body size in common frogs from northwestern Spain. (A) Violin plots showing variation in SVL among 1947 males of R. p. parvipalmata (T1, red), R. p. asturiensis (T2, orange), and R. temporaria from nearby Cantabria (T6, blue). (B) Neighbour-joining tree of pairwise size differences among these three lineages. Photo: T1 frog from La Garganta (credit: J. Ambu).

HOMULA-RIR: A Room Impulse Response Dataset for Teleconferencing and Spatial Audio Applications Acquired Through Higher-Order Microphones and Uniform Linear Microphone Arrays
<p>In this paper, we present HOMULA-RIR, a dataset of room impulse responses (RIRs) acquired using both higher-order microphones (HOMs) and a uniform linear array (ULA), in order to model a remote attendance teleconferencing scenario. Specifically, measurements were performed in a seminar room, where a 64-microphone ULA was used as a multichannel audio acquisition system in the proximity of the speakers, while HOMs were used to model 25 attendees actually present in the seminar room. The HOMs cover a wide area of the room, making the dataset suitable also for applications of virtual acoustics. Through the measurement of the reverberation time and clarity index, and sample applications such as source localization and separation we demonstrate the effectiveness of the HOMULA-RIR dataset.</p>

EasyDIA a comprehensive and robust pipeline for DIA proteomics research and its application in multi-organ mouse proteomics atlas generation
<p>Supplementary data of the article " EasyDIA: a comprehensive and robust pipeline for DIA proteomics research, and its application in multi-organ mouse proteomics atlas generation". Mass spectrometry-based proteomics measurement has emerged as a routine tool for detecting protein constitution and expression level change in most organisms. But till now, long-term stability, reproducibility, throughput, identification depth, multi-center consistency, robustness cannot be satisfied simultaneously by traditional proteomics method. We introduced EasyDIA pipeline with widely used commercial products, state-of-art direct DIA-PASEF method and EasyDIA software platform for data quality evaluation and bioinformatics analysis. With EasyDIA pipeline, even entry level researchers can conduct a complete proteomics experiment in less than one day. We further generated a multi-organ mouse proteomics atlas dataset in less than four days. Up to 8000 protein groups can be quantified in a single organism with only 60 minutes LC gradient. This pipeline provides a promising solution for both small-scale proteomics experiment and large-cohort clinical research.</p>
