CO2 absorption coefficients (ABSCO) tables for the 4700 to 5100 cm-1 region using Voigt profile accounting for the line-mixing

The attached files include the calculated absorption coefficient (in cm-1) for the 4700 to 5100 wavenumber region when using the Voigt profile accounting for the line-mixing parameter. The structure of the tables is as follows:

Col 1- Wavenumber (in cm-1)

Col 2- Absorption coefficient using the Voigt profile

Col 3- Absorption coefficient using the Voigt profile including the first-order line-mixing

Col 4- Absorption coefficient using the Voigt profile including the full line-mixing

The JSON files contain the calculation conditions such as pressure, temperature, and mixing ratios of CO2 with a unique ID referring to the specific table.

We note that for the Q branch lines and denser regions, the use of the first-order line-mixing is not effective in obtaining the absorption coefficient and the use of full line-mixing is recommended.

For more information on how the calculation is performed, see ref. [JQSRT 151, 88 (2015)].

ESA SEOM-IAS – Measurement and line parameter database O3 MIR region

The database contains measurements and line parameters generated within the framework of the ESA project SEOM-IAS (Scientific Exploitation of Operational Missions - Improved Atmospheric Spectroscopy Databases), ESA/AO/1-7566/13/I-BG. Details on the project can be found at http://www.wdc.dlr.de/seom-ias/.

The measurements were recorded and analysed at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and the University of Reims (URCA) to provide a new line position and intensity database for ozone fundamentals in the mid infrared region. The data are compiled in five zip files, three for the measurements (O3_MIR_region_DLR_measurement_database_20112018.zip, O3_MIR_region_DLR_measurement_N2O2broad_database_07012021.zip, O3_MIR_region_URCA_measurement_database_20112018.zip), two for the line parameter databases (O3_MIR_region_DLR_parameter_database_08012021.zip, O3_MIR_region_URCA_parameter_database_20112018.zip) and a readme file (ESA_SEOM_IAS_O3MIRRegion_readme_V3.docx).

Note: The DLR parameter database is replaced by a newer version.

Microscope images of human cancer cell lines (U2OS and HL-60)

This is a dataset that contains microscope images from two cell lines, namely, a human osteosarcoma cell line (U2OS) and a human leukemia cell line (HL-60). The dataset was originally prepared for the cell counting task. It contains 165 labeled images (training: 133, test: 32).

The file contains three folders:

- training: 165 labeled images in .tiff format;
- test: 32 labeled images in .tiff format.

Each labeled image has the following name: X.Y.N.tiff

where:
X - the name of the human cancer cell line;
Y - a condition identifier (irrelevant);
N - the cell count.

If you use this dataset, please cite the following paper:

Lavitt F, Rijlaarsdam DJ, van der Linden D, Weglarz-Tomczak E, Tomczak JM.
