Tables of verbal derivatives in -š- in the Saami languages

The tables present the occurrence of verbs with a suffixal -š- (-šš-) by tabulating the attested derivatives across the Saami languages. Base words are given in their North Saami form by default, including approximate meanings in Finnish or the language used in sources in question. The corresponding entry number of Eliel Lagercranz's Lappischer Wortschatz (1939) is also given when applicable. For more information about sources etc., see the paper to which this is an appendix:

Kuokkala, Juha & Koponen, Eino. 2023.
Supplementary Table and Supplementary Data 1 to 4 to the article "AlphaFold2-guided description of CoBaHMA, a novel family of bacterial domains within the Heavy-Metal Associated superfamily"

Supplementary Table 1 (.xlsx file):

Structural and functional annotations of the large communities of CobaHMA domain proteins. The number of community sequences matching a given profile (IPR or ECOD) is indicated. The color code corresponds to the following functional categories. For each IPR accession, the type of profile is indicated between brackets (D for domain, F for family, H for superfamily).

Structural and functional annotations of small communities. Only the 20 small communities with at least one new annotation (e.g. not shared with the large communities, in grey and black) are detailed here. For these 20 communities, some annotations are shared with the large communities, corresponding only to P-type (cyan) and HMA (yellow). For a complete view of the annotations of the small communties, see Supplementary Figure 5. The number of community sequences matching a given profile (IPR or ECOD) is indicated. For each IPR accession, the type of profile is indicated between brackets (D for domain, F for family, H for superfamily).

Supplementary Data 1 (.zip file):

Multiple sequence alignments (MSA) of the sequences of the most populated communities, build using MAFFT and rendered using EspPript3. The first two lines report the 2D structures of the AF2 model of the representative sequence of the community, and its amino acid sequence. The initial MSA (fasta format) is also provided, together with the coordinates of the 3D structure model (pdb format) and the HCA plot (postcript file) of the representative sequence of the considered community.

Supplementary Data 2 (.zip file):

Annotations by communities: Modular organization of the full-length CoBaHMA domain proteins within the 48 large community (Functional annotations are indicated along the sequence by shaded areas. TempTabQA: Temporal Question Answering for Semi-Structured Tables

This repository contains resources, namely TempTabQA, developed for the paper: Gupta, V., Kandoi, P., Vora, M., Zhang, S., He, Y., Reinanda R., Srikumar V., TempTabQA: Temporal Question Answering for Semi-Structured Tables. In: Proceeding of the The 2023 Conference on Empirical Methods in Natural Language Processing, Dec 2023.

TempTabQA is a dataset which comprises 11,454 question-answer pairs extracted from Wikipedia Infobox tables. These question-answer pairs are annotated by human annotators. Debris Flow Carbon Mobilization Table

This file contains the Tongass National Forest Landslide Inventory ID, planimetric area, aboveground carbon amount, and soil carbon amount mobilized by each landslide. Carbon amounts were determined using two aboveground carbon models and a soil carbon model, available at (https://databasin.org/people/brianbuma/). These values were used to estimate the amount of carbon mobilized by debris flow type landslides in SE Alaska, within the Tongass National Forest.

Water table level data from APEX Fen plots, 2005-2006

Water table level data from a soil climate manipulation experiment in an Alaskan rich fen (APEX). APEX Fen is located in the Bonanza Creek LTER outside of Fairbanks, AK. APEX Fen uses a full-factorial water table (flooded or raised- APEXele, lowered or drained- APEXlow, and control treatments- APEXcon, as well as a moisture gradient) by warming manipulation (warmed, unwarmed treatment). Automated water table measurements were collected in each plot using a pressure transducer and a datalogger.

Alaska Peatland Experiment: Biweekly flux data and environmental measurements (soil temperature, soil moisture, seasonal thaw depth, water table depth)

This dataset contains ecosystem respiration data measured biweekly at the Alaska Peatland Experiment (APEX) gradient plots. Five plots encompass the gradient all changing in dominant vegetation type. Plot labels are as follows: BS (Black Spruce), WB (Shrub), TG (Grass), EC (Sedge/forb), Control (Rich fen). Data set also includes environmental data (soil temperature, soil moisture, seasonal thaw depth, water table depth) taken at the same time as each flux.

Yukon River Basin Fire and Permafrost Study: Elevation of soil surface and permafrost table along transects with different fire disturbance regimes (2009-2012)

Two 100 - 200 m transects were established on hilly loess deposits in the Yukon Flats near Boot Lake to monitor annual changes in the permafrost table and thaw settlement under different fire disturbance regimes. One was located in an area that burned around 1925; the other transect was located in a 2009 burn. Both transects were partially affected by a fire in 1967. This dataset includes the elevations of the ground surface, permafrost surface, water table, and surface organic thickness measurements. Note that there was compaction of the organic layer due to human disturbance along the portion of the transect that burned in only 1925. These transects are associated with the burned and unburned silty upland sites detailed in related datasets.
