Recipes for different tissue phantoms at narrowband and broadband frequency ranges

This dataset includes:

A PDF document explaining the performed permittivity measurements of different salt solutions (PBS and EBSS) and cell culture media (DMEM, DMEM+10% FBS, RPMI and RPMI + 10% FBS) that are often used in cell culture experiments as well as the recipes for tissue phantoms of blood, cartilage, cerebrospinal fluid, colon, cornea, heart, kidney, liver, muscle, pancreas, small intestine and stomach at room temperature for different frequency bands.

CSV and EXCEL files with the permittivity measurements of the different salt solutions (PBS and EBSS) and cell culture media (DMEM, DMEM+10% FBS, RPMI and RPMI + 10% FBS) at storage (9ºC), room (21ºC) and culture (37ºC) temperature.

CSV and EXCEL files with the permittivity measurements of the proposed tissue phantoms of blood, cartilage, cerebrospinal fluid, colon, cornea, heart, kidney, liver, muscle, pancreas, small intestine and stomach at room temperature for different frequency bands.

Spectra of the full frequency range (147-272 GHz) of comets C/2021 A1 (Leonard) and C/2022 E3 (ZTF)

The following pages present the 147–185 GHz (λ = 2mm) and 210–272 GHz (λ = 1mm) FTS spectra of comets C/2021 A1
(Leonard) obtained between 8.4 and 13.7 Dec. 2021 (1–2) and C/2022 E3 (ZTF) obtained between 3.7 and 7.0 February 2023 (3–4)
with the IRAM 30-m telescope. The wavelength domains covered are plotted by series of ≈ 2 − 2.5 GHz windows with a spectral
resolution smoothed to 0.78 MHz. Only spectra obtained within 2 ′′ of the nucleus were taken into account, and the strongest lines are identified. We note the much higher noise level around the frequency of the atmospheric H 2 O line at 183310 MHz targeted in comet C/2022 E3. In the case of comet C/2022 E3, spectra having been mostly obtained in PSW mode, residuals of atmospheric lines are present in the spectrum and the strongest ones have been blanked. Identification of lines at the position of stronger peaks (≈ 3σ) have been added to the spectra. Not all correspond to real detections and alternatively some detections are missed in the automatic process due to variable noise across the bandwidth plotted.

Fusarium Genomes and their Host Ranges

This Appendix dataset accompanies a review of Fusarium genomes and their respective host ranges, entitled 'Navigating the Fusarium species complex: Host-Range Plasticity and Genome Variations', published in Fungal Biology (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.funbio.2024.07.004). The information within this dataset was correct as of March 2024 and includes information on Species, NCBI identifier, Assigned Phylogenetic Clade, The number of genomes available on NCBI, Ungapped Genome Size, Number of Chromosomes, Number of Core and Lineage Specific (LS) Chromosomes (by karyotyping), the Sequencing Methodology and Source. It also includes an extensive, but not universal, curation of known host ranges for each species.

It is our hope that by making this dataset freely available it will encourage and inspire further research into the Fusarium genus.
