PODCAST: INTELIGÊNCIA EMOCIONAL NO CUIDADO EM SAÚDE
<p>O conceito de Inteligência Emocional (IE) pode ser definido como a capacidade de processar informações emocionais de forma acurada e eficiente a partir de processos mentais de reconhecimento e regulação e uso adaptativo das emoções próprias e alheias (Salovey & Mayer, 1990). Essa compreensão da IE ser uma capacidade de processar informações é o elemento mais importante que a faz equivaler a um tipo de inteligência, mas a diferença com as demais capacidades reside no raciocinar sobre as emoções e na utilização das informações emocionais para auxiliar no pensar e no tomar decisões.
