Land Surface Reflectance -GLS2005
The surface reflectance CDR is generated from specialized software called Landsat Ecosystem Disturbance Adaptive Processing System (LEDAPS). LEDAPS was originally developed through a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Making Earth System Data Records for Use in Research Environments (MEaSUREs)grant by NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) and the University of Maryland (Masek et al., 2006). The software applies Moderate Resolution Imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) atmospheric correction routines to Level-1 Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) or Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+)data. Water, vapor, ozone, geopotential height, aerosol optical thickness, and digital elevation are input with Landsat data to the Second Simulation of a Satellite Signal in the Solar Spectrum (6S) radiative transfer models to generate top of atmosphere (TOA)reflectance, surface reflectance, brightness temperature, and masks for clouds, cloud shadows, adjacent clouds, land, and water. The result is delivered as the Landsat surface reflectance CDR.

OLCI/Sentinel-3B L1 Full Resolution Top of Atmosphere Reflectance
The OLCI/Sentinel-3B L1 Full Resolution Top of Atmosphere Reflectance product, S3B_OL_1_EFR is generated from the data aquired by the Ocean and Land Colour Instrument (OLCI) on board European Earth Observation satellite mission, SENTINEL-3. The OLCI is a push-broom imaging spectrometer that measures solar radiation reflected by the Earth at a ground spatial resolution of around 300m, over all surfaces, in 21 spectral bands. OLCI is based on the imaging design of ENVISAT's Medium Resolution Imaging Spectrometer (MERIS). It has a 1270km wide swath. For more information about the instrument and the mission, visit "Sentinel Online" at https://sentinel.esa.int/web/sentinel/home. The S3B_OL_1_EFR is a Level-1B product. This is composed of an information package map, called a manifest, 22 measurement data files, and seven annotation data files. The 21 measurement data files (one for each band) for Top Of Atmosphere (TOA) radiances, calibrated to geophysical units (W.m-2. sr-1 Micro meter-1), georeferenced onto the Earth's surface, and spatially resampled onto an evenly spaced grid. Seven annotation files provide information pertaining to illumination and observation geometry, environmental data (meteorological data), and quality and classification flags. Both measurement data files and annotation data files are written in netCDF 4 format. The manifest file is in XML format and contains metadata associated with the instrument and the processing. The S3A_OL_1_EFR is generated in Earth Observation (EO) processing mode and all parameters in this product are provided for each re-gridded pixel on the product image and for each removed pixel. The OL_1_EFR product package is described below: Element name Description xfdumanifest.xml SENTINEL-SAFE product manifest Oa##_radiance.nc Radiance for OLCI acquisition bands 01 to 21 removed_pixels.nc Removed pixels information needed for Level-1C generation time_coordinates.nc Time stamp annotations geo_coordinates.nc High resolution georeferencing data qualityFlags.nc Classification and quality flags tie_geo_coordinates.nc Low resolution georeferencing data tie_geometries.nc Sun and view angles tie_meteo.nc ECMWF meteorology data instrument_data.nc Instrument data note: Oa## represents all the OLCI channels (Oa1 to Oa21). For more information about the product, read the SENTINEL-3 OLCI User Guide at https://sentinel.esa.int/web/sentinel/user-guides/sentinel-3-olci.
Hendrix IUE asteroid reflectance spectra V1.0
In this archive we create a one-stop shop of ultraviolet (UV) data of asteroids for easy use by planetary scientists. Currently several of the existing UV datasets are not in the PDS and are unavailable for scientific use by the broad community; others are available only in their raw form. Because UV wavelengths deliver critical access to the uppermost layers of the regoliths of these airless bodies, and can often offer unique compositional information, providing these data in one location will allow for comparative studies over wider ranges of wavelengths, studies of compositional and space weathering effects throughout the solar system, and the often numerous observations of each body will allow for the study of possible temporal and spatial variability. This archive includes derived International Ultraviolet Observer (IUE) reflectance spectra for five asteroid targets.

Airborne Hyperspectral Reflectance LTER Cedar Creek Minnesota Daily 300 mm
The Airborne Hyperspectral Reflectance image mosaic is of the Long-Term Ecological Research (LTER) site at Cedar Creek Ecosystem Science Reserve (CCESR), Minnesota (AEHYPCCMN300MM). The image is at approximate 1 meter and resampled to 300 millimeter (0.3 meter) spatial resolution during processing in the 400 to 970 nanometer (nm) spectral range. This image can be used to understand the optical diversity-biodiversity relationship and investigate the spatial sensitivity of the relationship at local scales.Airborne data for the LTER Cedar Creek site were collected on August 2, 2014, using an AisaEAGLE airborne hyperspectral system mounted on a fixed-wing Piper Saratoga aircraft. The images were collected from a height of 1,540 m and spectral binning (approximately 10 nm) increased the signal-to-noise ratio of the data. Fast Line-of-sight Atmospheric Analysis of Hypercubes (FLAASH) software was used for atmospheric correction in converting radiance to reflectance. Airborne data covered all the prairie grassland plots in the biodiversity (BioDIV) experiment and the Biodiversity and Climate experiment. The data were mosaicked as one image.Provided in the AEHYPCCMN300MM product are 64 hyperspectral bands in an Environment for Visualizing Images (ENVI) format.
Aqua MODIS Regional Normalized Difference Vegetation Index Land Reflectance Data, version R2022.0
MODIS (or Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) is a key instrument aboard the Terra (EOS AM) and Aqua (EOS PM) satellites. Terra's orbit around the Earth is timed so that it passes from north to south across the equator in the morning, while Aqua passes south to north over the equator in the afternoon. Terra MODIS and Aqua MODIS are viewing the entire Earth's surface every 1 to 2 days, acquiring data in 36 spectral bands, or groups of wavelengths (see MODIS Technical Specifications). These data will improve our understanding of global dynamics and processes occurring on the land, in the oceans, and in the lower atmosphere. MODIS is playing a vital role in the development of validated, global, interactive Earth system models able to predict global change accurately enough to assist policy makers in making sound decisions concerning the protection of our environment.
