Netcdf files with prefix &quot;tsi&quot; are annual global averaged output for all 2D and 3D variables used in the UVic model; Mat files with prefix &quot;tavg&quot; are annual results of selected tracers;&nbsp;Mat files with prefix &quot;tbt&quot; are annual results of oxygen tracer balance terms. Note that the raw model output ncfiles can be obtained by contacting cbxiao@zju.edu.cn.</p> <p>Code modified to simulate AD and AU is also available in &quot;modified UVic code.rar&quot;.</p>
