Data for: Making 1H-1H couplings more accessible and accurate with selective 2DJ NMR experiments aided by 13C satellites

<p><sup>1</sup>H-<sup>1</sup>H coupling constants are one of the primary sources of information for NMR structural analysis. Several selective 2DJ experiments have been proposed that allow their individual measurement at pure shift resolution. However, all these experiments fail in the not uncommon case when coupled protons have very close chemical shifts. Firstly, the coupling between protons with overlapping multiplets is inaccessible due to the inability of a frequency-selective pulse to invert just one of them. Secondly, the strong coupling condition affects the accuracy of coupling measurements involving third spins. These shortcomings impose a limit on the effectiveness of state-of-the-art experiments, such as G-SERF or PSYCHEDELIC. Here, we introduce two new and complementary selective 2DJ experiments that we coin SERFBIRD and SATASERF. These experiments overcome the aforementioned issues by utilizing the <sup>13</sup>C satellite signals at natural isotope abundance, which resolve the chemical shift degeneracy. We demonstrate the utility of these experiments on the tetrasaccharide stachyose and the challenging case of norcamphor, for the latter achieving measurement of all <em>J</em><sub>HH</sub> couplings while only few were accessible with PSYCHEDELIC. The new experiments are applicable to any organic compound and will prove valuable for configurational and conformational analyses.</p> <p>This deposit contains Bruker pulse sequences of the SERFBIRD and SATASERF experiments, and the Bruker NMR experimental data. Shelf temperature and salinity in the ACCESS-OM2-01 RYF90-91 and Future perturbation simulations

<p>The time-mean ocean temperature and salinity (averaged over the final 10 years of the simulation) in the ACCESS-OM2-01 model for isobaths shallower than 3000m in the Antarctic. T and S in the Repeat-Year Forced (RYF) 1990-1991 simulation and future perturbation run (from Li et al., 2023) are provided in this dataset. This dataset is used in the unsupervised classification work done by Sohail &amp; Zika, 2023. The code necessary to reproduce all figures except figures 1 and 2 is also provided.&nbsp;</p>

User participation in digital accessibility evaluations: reviewing methods and objectives

<p><span>Although laws and standardization bodies promote user participation in digital accessibility evaluations, people with disabilities still consider themselves excluded from this process. One reason could be the lack of systematized knowledge about evaluation methods involving users. This article seeks to understand how and for what purpose digital accessibility evaluations with user participation were conducted in the scientific literature from 2018 to 2021. Three types of user participation emerged: 1) user-based usability testing to evaluate task accomplishment, user reactions and interface qualities; 2) interviewing users to assess the local and social factors impacting digital service accessibility; 3) using questionnaires or crowdsourcing to check the compliance of certain interfaces with accessibility standards. Participants are primarily chosen based on their functional impairments and, to a lesser degree, their project-related skills, biographical information, technology habits, among other criteria. The comprehensive user insights gained with these methods are judged to be positive whereas the lack of representativeness of the selected user samples is found to be regrettable. The article finally discusses the definitions of accessibility and disability that underpin these methodologies.</span></p>
