This excel sheet contains data from an intervention that took place in Geneva, Switzerland between September 1st 2017 and February 28th 2019.

Background: Shared decision making (SDM) processes gathering patients’ and relevant professional’ expertise is needed, especially when patients have complex needs. In 2016, in Geneva, Switzerland, an innovative pilot intervention started implementing transitional SDM interprofessional and interinstitutional processes (IIPs) for patients navigating between a short-stay medical in-patient setting and out-patient/homecare. Project activities included change management actions and the introduction of a nurse coordinator facilitating IIPs.

Aim: The aim of this study was to assess the coverage and fidelity of this pilot intervention. It was approved by the Geneva ethics committee for research (Req-2018-00801).

Methods: We used a post-only evaluation study design. We collected data i) about the characteristics of the populations of patients (no exclusion criteria) and of professionals (short-stay medical unit’s staff, primary care physicians, homecare nurses), ii) about the fidelity and iii) about the coverage of the intervention, using measures such as the complexity of patients’ care needs, the of IIPs (IIPs-multilateral, IIPs-meeting) and the types of actors involved.

Results: (2020.02 : in the submission phase)

ASTEROID POLARIMETRIC DATABASE V7.0
The Asteroid Polarimetric Database (APD) is a collection of asteroid polarimetry results compiled by D.F. Lupishko and S.V. Vasiliev of Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ukraine. It is intended to include most asteroid polarimetry available through March 7, 2012.
ASTEROID OCCULTATIONS V7.0
This data set is intended to include all reported timings of observed asteroid, planet, and planetary satellite occultation events as well as occultation axes derived from those timings by David W. Dunham and David Herald. This version is complete through the end of 2008.
ASTEROID NAMES AND DISCOVERY V7.0
This data set lists name, designation(s), and discovery circumstances for all asteroids numbered as of the given stop date. It is compiled and maintain by David Tholen, and updated on a yearly basis.
CASSINI HIGH RATE DETECTOR V7.0
The High Rate Detector (HRD) from the University of Chicago is an independent part of the CDA instrument on the Cassini Orbiter that measures the dust flux and particle mass distribution of dust particles hitting the HRD detectors. This data set includes all data from the HRD through Dec. 31, 2009. Please refer to Srama et al. (2004) for a detailed HRD description.
BINARY MINOR PLANETS V7.0
The data set lists orbital and physical properties for well-observed or suspected binary/multiple minor planets including the Pluto system, compiled from the published literature as inspired by Richardson and Walsh (2006) and similar reviews (Merline et al., 2003; Noll, 2006; Pravec et al., 2006; Pravec and Harris, 2007; Descamps and Marchis, 2008; Noll et al., 2008; Walsh, 2009). In total 256 companions in 242 systems are included. Data are presented in three tables: one for orbital and physical properties; one for companion designations, discovery information, and reference codes for data values; and one giving full references for each reference code. This data set is complete for binary/multiple components reported through 31 March 2014.
TNO AND CENTAUR COLORS V7.0
This data set is intended to include published broadband colors of centaurs and Transneptunian Objects (TNOs) published through April 2010. It supersedes all versions of the TNO colors data set EAR-A-3-RDR-TNO-PHOT.
ASTEROID ABSOLUTE MAGNITUDES V7.0
This data set tabulates the IAU-adopted absolute V magnitude and slope parameter for all numbered asteroids as of the given stop date. The data set is updated yearly.
