AZtec projects reach the data size limit

Ten Ti-6Al-4V samples were mounted on a multi-sample stage for EBSD on a Thermo Fisher Apreo SEM equipped with an Oxford Instruments' Symmetry 2 detector at the University of Manchester.

In project multi-sample_1, AZtec reported a saving error when scanning the fifth sample and stopped with 5646 frames saved (.oip~4GB). It is able to montage and export the maps, but any edit on the .oip file cannot be saved.

In project multi-sample_2, we restarted the scan on the rest of the samples and completed with 5601 frames. The .oip is 3.97GB, which almost reaches the size limit. No error was reported during the scanning, and the .oip file is still editable.

1-1650 Aztec Roller Stamp
This is a roller stamp of Mesoamerican origin. Based on the design of the stamp in comparison to others, the stamp is likely from the 10th-15th century, suggesting a Postclassic Period, possibly Aztec, origin. Roller stamps like this can be hollowed out to put a stick through to roll out the impression. They were handmade, but later as demand increased a technique called the mold-made stamp became more popular. The use of these stamps has been debated by archaeologists. Some believe they were used to decorate people's bodies and experiments with our 3D prints show they accomplish this function better than others such as pottery decoration. Based on the designs of this stamp, it may be representative of a pattern style motif. Enrico, J. (1953). Design motifs of Ancient Mexico. New York: Dover Pub. Field, F. V. (1974). Copy of Aztec sun stone, Museo Nacioanal.
[1935.41.0016](https://collections.smvk.se/carlotta-em/web/object/1285703), lerplatta, kopia Lerplatta. Avbildning av "kalenderstenen" i Museo Nacioanal. Nedtill en utskjutande klack samt utrustad med ett hål för upphängning. The Aztec sun stone (Spanish: Piedra del Sol) is a late post-classic Mexica sculpture housed in the National Anthropology Museum in Mexico City, and is perhaps the most famous work of Mexica sculpture. It measures 358 centimetres (141 in) in diameter and 98 centimetres (39 in) thick, and weighs 24,590 kg (54,210 lb). Shortly after the Spanish conquest, the monolithic sculpture was buried in the Zócalo, the main square of Mexico City. It was rediscovered on 17 December 1790 during repairs on the Mexico City Cathedral. Following its rediscovery, the sun stone was mounted on an exterior wall of the cathedral, where it remained until 1885. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab

Aztec Maquahuitl Stone Sword
The unique weapon of Aztec people is a double-edged sword shaped like a saw, with a length of about 1 meter. Due to the backward iron smelting technology of Aztec civilization, the weapon that inlays the polished and sharp Obsidian pieces on the wooden stick can also cause terrible damage. There was no real one. The last real one was burned down in a museum fire in 1884. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
Copy of Aztec god (Quetzalcoatl or Xolotl?)
[1949.03.0001](https://collections.smvk.se/carlotta-em/web/object/1203399) :: kopia, figur, avgjutning, skulptur Gjutning av mexikansk stenfigur. Originalfiguren finnes i Museum für Völkerkunde, Stuttgart. 392-40 Berlin 1908). Katalogen upprättad av doc. 949. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
