Streamflow data for Albion camp, 1981 - ongoing.

This is a summary of discharges from the Green Lakes Basin (7.1 km2 area) and is based on stage records from the control section in the channel, about 50 m downstream of the culvert under the road at the Albion camp, and consists of daily flow volumes. Initially, instrumentation consisted of a Leupold-Stevens A70 float recorder. The site was initially instrumented with an Omnidata EZ900 data logger system interfaced to a Keller 1 psi pressure transducer on 29 June 1993. In order to establish cross-calibration between the 2 forms of instrumentation, both were planned to be used through 1994. In 2005, a Campbell cr10x data logger was installed; it was replaced by a Campbell cr1000 in 2013.

Niwot Ridge site, station Lake Albion, study of ice duration in units of daysPerYear on a yearly timescale

The EcoTrends project was established in 2004 by Dr. Debra Peters (Jornada Basin LTER, USDA-ARS Jornada Experimental Range) and Dr. Ariel Lugo (Luquillo LTER, USDA-FS Luquillo Experimental Forest) to support the collection and analysis of long-term ecological datasets. The project is a large synthesis effort focused on improving the accessibility and use of long-term data. At present, there are ~50 state and federally funded research sites that are participating and contributing to the EcoTrends project, including all 26 Long-Term Ecological Research (LTER) sites and sites funded by the USDA Agriculture Research Service (ARS), USDA Forest Service, US Department of Energy, US Geological Survey (USGS) and numerous universities. Data from the EcoTrends project are available through an exploratory web portal (http://www.ecotrends.info). This web portal enables the continuation of data compilation and accessibility by users through an interactive web application. Ongoing data compilation is updated through both manual and automatic processing as part of the LTER Provenance Aware Synthesis Tracking Architecture (PASTA). The web portal is a collaboration between the Jornada LTER and the LTER Network Office. The following dataset from Niwot Ridge (NWT) contains ice duration measurements in daysPerYear units and were aggregated to a yearly timescale.

Chinook Salmon Fat Meter Measurements from the 2020 Albion Test Fishery

Distell fat meter (model FFM-692) measurements were taken from Chinook salmon, Oncorhynchus tshawytscha, collected in 2020 near Maple Ridge, BC on the Fraser River as part of the Fisheries and Oceans Canada-run Chinook test fishery. The test fishery completes two drifted gill net sets per day from mid-April to November. Salmon length and weight measurements were also collected on board the gill net vessel, and a scale sample was taken for genetic stock identification. Chinook were identified to management unit (MU), groupings of Chinook conservation units categorized by shared life history traits. Fat meter measurements were converted to whole body lipid content measurements using a calibration described in the Lerner & Hunt [2023]. Data was collected from 1,566 individuals and was used to determine MU-specific Chinook lipid content.

Albion No. 6551

Albion No. 6551 was manufactured in London, 1891, was acquired by William Morris in 1895. It was shipped to New York in 1924. Albion No. 6551 was owned by the Lieberman Family as a collection, they renamed it the Kelmscott-Goudy press, and topped it with a miniature Liberty Bell. As the Cary Collection Curator said, No. 6551 contains both elements of the USA (the miniature Liberty Bell) and British , which indicates its unusual experiences. In December 2013, the Cary Collection acquired Albion No. 6551 at Christie's auction with the support of a donor. In the Cary Collection, it opens to the public, and it starts to print again after over a century for the purpose of education. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
