Sampled localities (in yellow, lat, long in degrees, elevation in m) of A. cassidyhornae sp. nov. in the northwestern Colombian Andes: Mesenia-Paramillo (5.52, -75.89, 2059 m), Andes (5.69, -75.92, 1367 m), Ciudad Bolivar (5.85, -76.04, 1260 m), and Carmen de Atrato (5.83, -76.26, 1248 m). As reference, we add three localities of A. opisthomelas: Santa Inés corresponds to the now extinct population from the type locality of A. opisthomelas, which was not sampled, Amalfi corresponds to the white venter form and Guatapé to the brown venter form.

Reported localities were either obtained from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (www.gbif.org; accessed on Oct. 19th, 2016), or approximated from Silverstone (1975) and Batista et al. (2014). Tentative localities derive from personal communications (Carlos Bran-Castrillón) or museum specimen databases (see text for details).
