<p>An example building digital twin data model, developed within the H2020 project D^2EPC, corresponding to the first out of six Case Studies (CERTH nZEB Smart House DIH). UP_LIM_411 BIM Model
<p>A single-storey building consisting of only two large rooms and a smaller one between them. It has a number of visible stone structural and decorative elements, including arches and niches. It was originally used as a Turkish Cypriot girls' school.<br> It is occupied today and used as a Bi-communal Multi-functional Centre of the Municipality of Limassol.<br> Plasterboard walls partly dividing the big rooms. Erection of an auxiliary space for sanitary purposes.</p>
UP_LIM_634 BIM Model
<p>A single-storey building built around the 1940s and originally used as a residence. Took its current form after a 1953 renovation. Its typology is simple with a hall in the centre and the rest of the rooms surrounding it. A part of it was used as a shop for a period while, at later times, the whole building functioned as a kindergarten. It was acquired by the Municipality to be transfromed into a museum dedicated to the nearby Water Tower. Α number of additions and alterations were execcuted in order for two individual buildings to be formed in the plot (1953); A window at the main north façade of the building was transformed into a door as part of the transformation of a room into a shop (1959).</p>
