F4TCNQ and TTF on approximate supported graphene, 3D surface adsorbate search with BOSS

These datasets were employed in the manuscript:

[1] J. Järvi, M. Todorović, and P. Rinke, Efficient modeling of organic adsorbates on oxygen-intercalated graphene on Ir(111), Phys. Rev. B 105, 195304 (2022). DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevB.105.195304

The two datasets feature DFT sampling of adsorption configurations for F4TCNQ and TTF on approximate supported graphene (Gr) using the Bayesian Optimization Structure Search (BOSS) method. The 3D configurational searches were conducted for each molecule over two molecular translations (x, y) and an in-plane rotation (gamma). The search range of on-surface translation (x, y) is [0, 1] in fractional coordinates of the Gr unit cell. The in-plane rotation (gamma) is done in the range [0, 180] deg. Energy (Eads) is the adsorption energy of F4TCNQ or TTF on the approximate supported Gr, computed with DFT. For additional details on search coordinates and DFT calculations please refer to [1].

The 3D models of the adsorption energy surfaces were constructed with 500 energy points for each molecule, the full lists are provided in the datasets. Each calculation is denoted with an ID number (001-500). The raw data for each calculation can be found in the NOMAD repository with the corresponding ID, DOI: 10.17172/NOMAD/2022.04.07-1

Lignin biorefinery experimental optimization using BOSS

This dataset was employed in the manuscript:

[1] Löfgren J, Tarasov D, Koitto T, Rinke P, Balakshin M, Todorović M.
Machine Learning Optimization of Lignin Properties in Green Biorefineries.
ChemRxiv. Cambridge: Cambridge Open Engage; 2022.

This dataset contains the results of optimizing the green AquaSolv Omni biorefinery concept using the Bayesian optimization code BOSS. The input data represents the experimental processing conditions for each sample, namely the reactor temperature and P-factor (reaction severity). For each sample, the lignin yield was measured and the number of ß-O-4 linkages, ratio of syringyl and guaiacyl units, and total carbohydrate content were quantified using a 2D NMR HSQC method. The lignin yield is given in weight percent of the original biomass and the NMR-quantified moieties are measured in terms of number of units per 100 aromatic (Ar) units.

The data found in this record comes in two different versions: one for the Combined Acquisitions (CA) and one for the Pure Acquisitions (PA) strategy described in [1]. For each strategy, there is one data file for the training data and one for the test data.

For additional details on the experimental processing and Bayesian optimization, please refer to [1].

Wmid-boeee6- Post Medieval bridle boss
An incomplete lead alloy bridle boss dating to the Post Medieval period (1600-1750) The boss consists of a slightly domed circular central boss. A small fragment has been removed from the outer edge. It is decorated with a plain raised circle in the centre. Surrounding this is a rope style border, then an alternating border comprised of a pellet and a diamond. Outside this is a plain rim. Then the level is lower for the final border which consists of raised pellets along the outer edge. The reverse is slightly concave. Full database for test results of the BOSS protocol

This database is a part of a research project titled: "Distributed Scalability Tuning for Evolutionary Sharding Optimization
with Random-equivalent Security in Permessionless Blockchain", in which Blockchain Optimized and Secure Sharding (BOSS) protocol is proposed. This database consists of measurements of security and scalability for two sharding approaches of permissionless BCs. For each row in the first sheet of this database, a new randomly connected BC network was constructed using the Erdős–Rényi model. The constructed network is then sharded using a representative Random Sharding approach (RS) and a novel niched Pareto Genetic Algorithm -based approach (i.e. BOSS). The configurations used for each test case are provided at each corresponding row. Those configuration parameters are in total seven system and optimization parameters. Those parameters were oscillated resulting in more than 362,880 test cases. The second sheet of this database presents the observed Pearson correlation coefficient for all tested parameters with the obtained results. Finally, the third sheet of this database provides some statistics of the data.

All Spectra Associated with "An Empirical Template Library of Stellar Spectra for a Wide Range of Spectral Classes, Luminosity Classes, and Metallicities Using SDSS BOSS Spectra"

Zip files of all the individual SDSS BOSS spectra. They are sorted by metallicity, luminosity class and spectral type, where each zip file contains all the original SDSS spectra to be co-added into each template. The fits files are in the following format: The primary HDU contains comments about the right ascension, declination and other useful object information. The first table extension contains the spectrum information (wavelength, flux, inverse variance, etc.) The second table extension contains other parameter information (object type, flags, and more).
