Multi-year dataset for groundwater level, temperature, and chemical and isotopic compositions of different water bodies in an alpine catchment on the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China

Here we provide the multi-year dataset for groundwater level, temperature, and chemical and isotopic compositions of different water bodies in an alpine catchment on the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China. The first file contains monitoring data, including groundwater levels and ground temperatures. The second file includes the results of the sample analyses as well as the numbers and locations of the sampling sites.

Data for "Associations between 3D surface scanner derived anthropometric measurements and body composition in a cross-sectional study"

Datasets underlying the analysis of the paper: "Associations between 3D surface scanner derived anthropometric measurements and body composition in a cross-sectional study"

This upload includes the following:

data_study.csv : contains socio-demographic, health- and lifestyle factors, and body scan variables of each participant

healthscore.csv : contains the "healthy score" from the food frequency questions calculated from from five food categories: fruits, vegetables, wholegrain products, meat, and sweet/salty snacks. For each category the officially recommended minimum or maximum amount of weekly intake was used as the cut-off value and a point was assigned if the recommendation was met. A score from 0 to 5 was built to reflect the overall healthiness of the diet.

Example input dataset for thoracic CT-based body composition assessment

The uploaded archive file (tar.gz) contains an example dataset to demonstrate the input data arrangement for the thoracic CT-based body composition assessment pipeline described at https://github.com/MASILab/S-EFOV. The dataset consists of four chest CT scans selected from the TCIA COVID-19-AR dataset. The CT scans were converted from DICOM format to NIfTI format using https://github.com/rordenlab/dcm2niix.

The original TCIA dataset were published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License and the TCIA Data Usage Policy. The usage of this derived subset should follow the same guidelines.

Phylum level phytoplankton composition and FTIR spectra for body wash microplastics and plant-based scrub particles from a 7-day summer 2016 surface mesocosm experiment in Otsego Lake, NY, USA
