Asterisks indicate C. gracilis-like specimens. Numbers represent the results of bootstrap pseudoreplicates: 1000 replicates using maximum parsimony (above branches) and 100 replicates with maximum likelihood (below branches), with a '<' representing bootstrap values less than 50. A monophyletic C. gracilis clade is rejected using the Shimodaira-Hasegawa test (p=0.010).
