A minimum of two sequences from each sub-genus of Cerodontha were downloaded from BOLD and GenBank databases for comparison. BOLD process ID/GenBank accession number and/or BOLD ProcessID are indicated for each taxon and the sequences of Phytomyza syngenesiae as outgroups. Bootstrap values over 50% are shown in the node.
