FIGURE 2. Travassosinema viatorum n in Morphological and molecular characterization of Travassosinema viatorum n. sp. (Nematoda: Oxyuridomorpha: Travassosinematidae) from the invasive millipede Chamberlinius hualienensis Wang, 1956 (Diplopoda: Polydesmida: Paradoxosomatidae) in Okinawa, Japan

FIGURE 3 in Morphological and molecular characterization of Travassosinema viatorum n. sp. (Nematoda: Oxyuridomorpha: Travassosinematidae) from the invasive millipede Chamberlinius hualienensis Wang, 1956 (Diplopoda: Polydesmida: Paradoxosomatidae) in Okinawa, Japan
FIGURE 3. Maximum likelihood (ML) tree inferred from the D2–D3 domains of the 28S rDNA gene for several species of the superfamily Thelastomatoidea (Nematoda: Oxyuridomorpha). Nodal support was assessed with the Shimodaira-Hasegawa approximate likelihood ratio test (SH-aLRT) and the ultrafast bootstrap (UFBoot), both performed with 1000 replicates. Newly obtained sequence in bold. Two species of Cucullanus and one of Truttaedacnitis (Ascaridomorpha: Cucullanidae) were used as outgroup taxa. The nodes were considered well supported when SH-aLRT≥80 and UFBoot≥95.
