Day 194: The Divine Comedy (Dante) - 1scanday
This is one of the first editions of [The Divine Comedy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divine_Comedy) by Dante Alighieri, published at the end of the 15th century. This book is 550 years old. It's being kept in the archives of the library at the Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris. I was lucky to view it, leaf through it, and also scan it :) It's pretty impressive to see the tiny details of the scan, you can easily read the text (despite the small font, and a very imperfect scanning process). Scanned with the iPhone12 Pro. Processed with Photogramtree (Object Capture). Cropped with Meshmixer. Please feel free to follow my collections of daily scans ([link](https://skfb.ly/6YuwK)) as well as my scans in San Francisco, Paris, or in the catacombs ([link](https://sketchfab.com/edemaistre/collections)).
