Archaeological LiDAR data, Kostanjevica na Krasu (Slovenia). Companion data to article "Executable Map Paper (EMaP) for archaeological LiDAR"

Archaeological LiDAR data, Kostanjevica na Krasu (Slovenia) is a supplement to the article "Executable Map Paper (EMaP) for archaeological LiDAR". In the future we also intend to publish an archaeological interpretation of the same data (current working title: "An Archaeological Interpretation of Airborne LiDAR Data. Case study from Kostanjevica na Krasu (Slovenia)").

All relevant para- and metadata are available in the listed publications.

The deposited data are intended for use in a GIS system and consist of:

0.5m DFM (GeoTIFF with TFW)

Sky view visualisation of the same DFM (GeoTIFF)

Archaeological features - points ( Shape file)

Archaeological features - lines (Shape file)

USEPA EMAP Surface Waters Lake Database Northeast Lake Water Chemistry Data, 1991-1994
The primary function of the lake water chemistry samples, collected with a van Dorn sampler, is to determine acid-base status, trophic state, and classification of water chemistry type. Water chemistry in lakes is analyzed for two purposes. First, to understand the chemical habitat within which biota must exist so that we can understand the biological potential of the system and second, to evaluate the chemical quality of the water for the purposes of determine the potential stresses to which the biota are exposed. Water chemistry parameters are reported for one sample taken at the location of the deepest part of the lake by a van Dorn sampler from a depth of 1.5 m. These include: aluminum, alkalinity, acid neutralizing capacity, calcium, carbonate, color, specific conductance, dissolved inorganic carbon, dissolved organic carbon, bicarbonate, potassium, magnesium, ammonium, sodium, nitrate, total nitrogen, pH, total phosphorus, silica, total suspended solids, turbidity, and chlorophyll-a. Sampling was initiated July 1991 and ended September 1994.
3D models of mouse embryonic development (stl, converted from EMAP)

A collection of readily-usable volumetric models for all tissues and stages of mouse peri-implantation development as extracted from the eMouse Atlas Project (E5.0 to E9.0), as well as custom-made models of all pre-implantation stages (E0 to E4.0). These models have been converted to a commonly used 3D format (.stl), and are provided in ready-made files for digital exploration and illustration.

Specifically:

individual .stl models of embryonic subcomponents for each developmental stage (e.g. epiblast, visceral endoderm; 1 folder per EMAP embryonic stage)

ready-made .blend files where such components have been reassembled as a full embryo model, and in a scene with pre-prepared light sources and aligned camera (1 file per embryonic stage)

a .blend file with all embryonic models provided arranged in a temporal lineup; and a .blend file with a "starter-pack" of pre-made materials to use for easy illustration.

Also included are two data tables:

"EMAP_key.xlsx" indicating the source of its model, and the embryonic stage corresponding to each Theiler Stage

"EMAP_partslist.xlsx" containing the original name of each embryonic component provided (as used in EMAP), and the corresponding name used in this dataset.

EMAP Open Dataset

EMAP is a dataset of 145 individuals' reactions to emotion-provoking film clips. It includes electroencephalographic and peripheral physiological data as well as moment-by-moment ratings for emotional arousal in addition to overall and categorical ratings. The dataset includes "raw" EEG and "cleaned" EEG data versions, as well as skin conductance, heart rate and respiration data and subjective ratings.

Folder and file labels and contents:

Both clean and raw data are available in both CSV and EEGLabset file formats. The data labeled as 'P1-50,' 'P51-100,' and 'P101-153' correspond to participants 1-50, 51-100, and 101-153, respectively.

Additionally, the repository includes already extracted EEG features, named as 'Features,' for researchers interested in utilizing the features from our previous study.

It is important to note that data for some participants are missing, which explains why the dataset contains information for 145 participants, instead of 153.

The accompanying "session" .csv files contain demographics and metadata, as well as detailed information on missing participants, trials, sensors, and data.
