<p><strong>Background</strong>:</p> <p>The microbiome profiling analysis of the mentioned publication was conducted using the <a href="http://www.qiime2.org">QIIME2 </a>analysis plattform. In addition to the final results presented in the publication, this dataset provides access to selected QIIME2 data (artifacts and visualizations) in order to allow view/reuse of these data in other projects.
