The FAIRplus FAIRification framework diagrams

The FAIRplus project has produced a practical FAIRification framework consisting of an overall process, a template of FAIRification steps and a work plan to implement specific FAIRification steps for a project or dataset. A full description of the framework is available elsewhere.

This record provides PDF, PNG and SVG versions of the different parts of the framework - the general overview (FAIRplusFAIRificationFramework), the FAIRification process (FAIRplusFAIRificationProcess), the FAIRification template (FAIRplusFAIRificationTemplate) and a blank example of the FAIRification work plan (FAIRplusFAIRificationWorkplan).

All parts of the framework are freely available for reuse (CC BY 4.0). An editable version of the work plan can be made available on request.

A goal-based FAIRification planning method

This image illustrates the first draft of the goal-based FAIRification planning method, which builds on experience gained from recent FAIRification projects and feedback from experts on FAIR.

An up-to-date version of this method is described at https://doi.org/10.21203/rs.3.rs-3092538/v1

ND4BB FAIRplus FAIRification datafiles

The current data set contains all the pre-requisite files needed for the workflow explained in the FAIR CookBook recipe.

The KNIME workflows for the same can be found on KNIME Hub.
