<p>Fat Fraction<br>============</p> <p>In this directory there are Fat Fraction datasets recorded using the Dixon 3-point method on a Siemens Prisma 3T MRI scanner. There are three time points: 3.45 ms, 4.60 ms, 5.75 ms. There is a magnitude mode image (35, 38, 41) and a phase image (36, 39, 42) for each time point, for each of 5 slices through the phantom.</p> <p> </p>

SPARCQ: A new approach for fat fraction mapping using asymmetries in the phase-cycle bSSFP signal profile
<p>This repository contains <em>in vitro</em> and <em>in vivo</em> MRI data acquired on a 3T clinical system (MAGNETOM Prisma<sup>fit</sup>, Siemens Healthcare, Erlangen, Germany) using a commercially available 18-channel body coil.
