Bootstrap values (%) were generated from maximum parsimony (MP) and maximum likelihood (ML) analysis and posterior probabilities (PP) from Bayesian algorithm (BA), respectively. Clade stabilities were calculated from MP (≥50 %), ML (≥50 %) and BA (≥0.70). For maximum parsimony: Consistency Index (CI) = 0.4355 and Retention Index (RI) = 0.7658.
