Dataset of gene family analysis for Gekko japonicus and other sauropsids

<p>We assembled a chromosome-level genome of&nbsp;<em>Gekko japonicus</em> and then performed a series of gene family analyses on it and other representative sauropsids generated a dataset containing predicted sequences, sequence alignments and phylogenetic trees of the corresponding genes.</p>
