<p>Rice seed images taken using a desktop scanner (Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner, Epson America). In the repository, there are three folders:</p> <p>- DS - includes all images from drought-stressed individuals;</p> <p>- WW - includes all images from individuals grown under well-watered conditions;</p> <p>- REDO - include images taken a second time from a subset of 107 samples selected randomly from the DS and WW groups. </p> <p>These images were processed using the code available at https://zenodo.org/record/4156942#.X5savYhKhik.</p>
