Bamfiles DNA sequencing reads HCT strain Fo1A and Fo2A
<p>Reads obtained from DNA sequencing of two strains resulting from the horizontal chromosome transfer experiment described in [doi: 10.1038/nature08850] and submitted to ENA [PRJEB29294] . For each strains two paired-end libraries were generated, one with ifragment length of about 170 bp and one with fragmentlength of 500 bp. They were first mapped to the genome of Fo47, unmapped reads were subsequently mapped to the genome of Fol4287, as described in [doi: 10.1101/465070].
