PENERAPAN PROTOKOL CHSE (CLEANLINESS, HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY) DI DAERAH TUJUAN WISATA DAN AKOMODASI PERHOTELAN
<p>Pariwisata sempat mengalami kelumpuhan akibat pandemi Covid-19. Kerugian ekonomi berimbas pada pelaku usaha, hotel dan tempat wisata. Sebagai wujud perhatian pemerintah, Kemenparekraf telah mengeluarkan sertifikasi CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability) untuk menjamin keamanan, kebersihan, kesehatan, dan keberlangsungan lingkungan hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara terhadap pengelola, dan dokumentasi pada hotel dan tempat wisata. Analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hotel harus memiliki TDUP (Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata) dan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) untuk dapat mengikuti sertifikasi CHSE. Sertifikat CHSE hotel dan tempat wisata diperoleh dengan memenuhi penilaian dalam sertifikasi CHSE yaitu hotel wajib menggunakan perlengkapan pelindung diri (masker, sarung tangan, rutin mencuci tangan atau menggunakan handsanitizer); wajib menggunakan alat pengukur suhu; wajib menerapkan standar kebersihan saat penyajian makanan; melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan secara berkala di area umum dan area kamar pengunjung; wajib menerapkan social dan physical distancing di dalam lingkungan hotel dan tempat wisata; wajib melakukan pengecekan histori perjalanan selama 14 hari terakhir; dan wajib memiliki protokol penanganan ketika ditemukan kasus suspek maupun positif Covid-19. Jika sertifikasi CHSE lolos, maka hotel dan tempat wisata memiliki value yang layak dijadikan pilihan wisatawan untuk dikunjungi.</p>
