Additional data: Longitudinal single-cell multiomic atlas of high-risk neuroblastoma reveals chemotherapy-induced tumor microenvironment rewiring

<p>This repository provides additional data for the manuscript titled "Longitudinal single-cell multiomic atlas of high-risk neuroblastoma reveals chemotherapy-induced tumor microenvironment rewiring", currently under revision at Nature Genetics. The primary data cohort has been deposited in the HTAN data portal. This repository includes processed 10x Xenium spatial transcriptomic data for six TH-MYCN mice (three chemotherapy-treated and three treatment-naive) as well as processed scRNA-seq data for CHLA15 and CHLA20 neuroblastoma (NBL) cells. The scRNA-seq data includes mono-cultured, co-cultured cells with THP-1 macrophages, and co-culture cells treated with Afatinib/CRM197.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

ESM Atlas v0 random sample of high confidence predicted protein structures

<p>A random sample out of the 225M high confidence predictions in the ESM Atlas v0 dataset introduced in &quot;Evolutionary-scale prediction of atomic level protein structure with a language model.&quot;.<br> All predictions can be accessed in the ESM Metagenomic Atlas (<a href="https://esmatlas.com/">https://esmatlas.com</a>) open science resource, released on 2022-11-01.<br> High confidence is defined as mean pLDDT &gt; 0.7 and pTM &gt; 0.7 and corresponds to &sim;36% of the total 617M proteins folded.<br> This is the random sample used for analysis in the paper as well as visualization on the&nbsp;<a href="http://esmatlas.com/">esmatlas.com</a>&nbsp;Explore page.<br> Sample size: 999,520 based on 999,996 unique randomly sampled IDs and 0.05% missing data in the processing pipeline.</p>

High-Resolution Heterogeneous Digital PET [18F]FDG Brain Phantom based on the BigBrain Atlas

<p>We present the design of a digital phantom that tries to overcome the problems of the current PET digital brain phantoms, particularly for the simulation of simultaneous PET-MRI data sets. We propose a new brain digital brain phantom based on the BigBrain atlas, a free, publicly available tool that provides considerable neuroanatomical insight into the human brain with an ultrahigh-resolution 3D model of a human brain at nearly cellular resolution of 20 micrometers. Dataset on: First record of Brongersma's toad Barbarophryne brongersmai (Anura, Bufonidae) in the central High Atlas Mountains, Morocco.

<p>Brongersma&rsquo;s toad Barbarophryne brongersmai is known in the southern Moroccan Atlantic coast, in the Anti&ndash;Atlas, in the arid plain of Marrakech, and in several localities in North&ndash;western Algeria. However, its distribution in Morocco is far from clear and its range is not well known. We report a new record of B.&nbsp;brongersmai in Morocco, in the region of the central High Atlas. The habitat type in this region is different from areas where the species has been observed previously. It consists of temporary ponds, located between rock outcrops and filled by stormy rains or snow during the winter. We recommend conducting surveys to collect additional information about this toad in other Moroccan regions, such as in the Middle Atlas where suitable conditions for this species may exist.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
