Social contact data for IDPs in Somaliland (2019)
<p>Social contact data for internally displaced people (IDP) living in Digaale IDP camp in Somaliland. Participants reported all their direct contacts in the 24 hours preceding the survey. This survey was conducted in 2019. Data to test IDP for agriculture in developing countries
<p>The data has variables capturing net outward foreign direct investment per capita, gross domestic product per capita and trade openness for agriculture in developing countries. The other variables are the official exchange rate, gross secondary school enrolment in per cent and inflation measured as per cent of CPI growth. These are for the total economy. </p> <p>Net outward foreign direct investment per capita (NOFDIPC) was constructed as outward foreign direct investment less inward foreign direct investment for agriculture, forestry and fishing. The sum is divided by the population of both sexes. The foreign direct investment and population data were obtained from FAOSTAT (https://www.fao.org/faostat/en/#data/FDI; https://www.fao.org/faostat/en/#data/OA). The gross domestic product per capita (GDPPC) was computed as agricultural value added divided by the population. Agricultural value added was also obtained from FAOSTAT (https://www.fao.org/faostat/en/#data/MK). Trade openness (AGTO) was computed as agricultural exports plus imports divided by agricultural value added. The exports and imports were obtained from FAOSTAT (https://www.fao.org/faostat/en/#data/TCL). Others; official exchange rate (EXRATE), gross secondary school enrolment in per cent (HC) and inflation measured as per cent of CPI growth (INFLA) were drawn from the world development indicators database of the World Bank (https://databank.worldbank.org/source/world-development-indicators#).</p>
Comparative performance of coarse-grained IDP models at different resolutions
<p>Files for simulations. Molsim start scripts and final outputs, MARTINI Stark start scripts (including force field files, and some intermediate data). Not all intermediate data available, but all data necessary to reproduce simulations should be included.</p> <p>MARTINI simulations follow the procedure "Dry energy minimization" -> "Solvation" -> "Salting" -> "Energy minimization" -> "NVT equilibration" -> "NPT equilibration" -> "Production Run", where the output from the previous step is the input into the next step. For some folders, the output from previous step has been copied, but not always. In case of another simulation, but using a bigger box, some files from the simulation with smaller box were re-used. Thus, if a file seems to be missing, check the folder with corresponding simulation using a smaller box.</p> <p>Some "analysis files" are included, e.g. the radius of gyration for each time step, in order to allow for the reproduction of graphs in upcoming publication, and further exploration.</p>
