Pertsch, Berlin Cat., p. 659, No. 305), apparently a contemporary or disciple of the author of the Ḥadiḳah, whom he closely imitated.</p> <p>1.نسيم الصبا الى الصبا, on ff. 24b-32b, beginning:</p> <p>اى مصابيح آسمان هدى – وى مفاتيح جنّة الماوى</p> <p>2.پهلوان نامه, on ff. 94a-107b, beginning:</p> <p>مرحبا اى رفيق همدم من</p> <p>بشنو اين سرگذشت بر غم من</p> <p>The title of this second mathnawî appears at the bottom of fol. 32b, and again at the end of the poem, on fol. 107b, l. 13; the name of the poet, on fol. 32b, l. 4, and in the title itself. The Pahlawânnâma is divided into fourteen short maḳâlas, dealing with various ethical and mystical topics, and a khâtimah.</p> <p>Copied in Jumâdâ I, A.H. 637 (A.D. 1239, Dec.), by the same scribe who wrote No. 916 above, Faḍl-allâh bin Muḥammad bin ‘Umar bin ‘Uthmân alṣûfî.</p> <p>No. 1444, ff. 24-32 and 94-107, 4 coll., each ll. 25: good old Naskhî; many pages greatly injured; size, 9¼ in. by 6 in.</p> <p> </p>

W. Pertsch, Berlin Cat., p. 748, where it is given in full), thus:</p> <p>باب اوّل ثنا و تحميدست</p> <p>محض تنزيه و صرف توحيدست</p> <p>This fihrist consists of ten baits and is immediately followed by the usual initial bait of Book I of the poem: اى درون پرور الخ. This mathnawî breaks off on fol. 93b, but a number of leaves in the other portions of the MS. seem also to belong to it.</p> <p>2.Sair-al’ubbâd ilâ-alma’âd or Kunûz-alrumûz, on ff. 108a-116a, the only complete one, as it seems, of the three poems contained in this copy. Beginning: مرحبا اى بريد الخ.</p> <p>3.Kârnâma, beginning, on fol. 116b:ويحك اى نقشبند الخ. The conclusion of this mathnawî is found on fol. 76a (تمام شد كارنامه الخ), but whether it is complete, and how many of the other leaves really belong to it, is absolutely impossible to say. Copied in the month Jumâdâ II, A.H. 637 (A.D. 1240, Jan.), by Faḍl-allâh bin Muḥammad bin ‘Umar bin ‘Uthmân alṣûfî.</p> <p>No. 1444, ff. 33-76b, 77b-93b, and 108a-137b, 4 coll., each ll. 25; good old Naskhî; size, 9¼ in. by 6 in.</p> <p> </p>
