(Oxford: India Office, 1903): volume 1,</strong></a>&nbsp;<strong>number 1950 here with notations and hyperlinks].</strong></li> </ul> <p>1188</p> <p>The same.</p> <p>This copy of Am&icirc;r Khusrau&rsquo;s Kulliyy&acirc;t is much older than the preceding one, but defective both at the beginning and end.</p> <p>Contents:</p> <p>A.<em>Centre-columns</em>.</p> <p>1.Tuḥfat-alṣighar, the <em>first</em> d&icirc;w&acirc;n, defective at the beginning; it opens abruptly in the middle of a ḳaṣ&icirc;dah: گفتم درين گریوه بیابم امید عفو الخ , corresponding to No. 356 (1190 in this Cat.), fol. 5<sup>a</sup> margin, last bait, and consists of ḳaṣ&icirc;das, tark&icirc;bbands, muḳaṭṭa&rsquo;&acirc;t (on fol. 44<sup>b</sup> sq.), and the same mathnaw&icirc; as in the preceding copy, beginning, on fol. 46<sup>b</sup>: هى هى اى تيره راى الخ.</p> <p>2.Wasaṭ-alḥay&acirc;t, the <em>second</em> d&icirc;w&acirc;n, with the prose-preface. Beginning of the preface, on fol. 51<sup>b</sup> (different from that in the preceding copy): حمدى كه از ميان جان بر آيد و ثنائى كه از وسط دل گره گشاید حکیم حاکم را الخ .</p> <p>Beginning of the poetry, on fol. 60<sup>a</sup>: حمد رانم بر زبان الخ. This d&icirc;w&acirc;n consists of ḳaṣ&icirc;das, tark&icirc;bbands, tarj&icirc;&rsquo;, and ḳiṭ&rsquo;as (on fol. 136<sup>b</sup> sq.).</p> <p>3.Kit&acirc;b-alkam&acirc;l (كتاب الكمال), that is the <em>third</em> d&icirc;w&acirc;n, usually styled Ghurrat-alkam&acirc;l, with the prose preface. Beginning of preface, on fol. 142<sup>b</sup>: غرّۀ كمال انسانى از ديباچۀ حمد الخ .</p> <p>Beginning of the poetry, as in the preceding copy on fol. 193<sup>b</sup>: چه زهره خاك مسكين را الخ . It consists of ḳaṣ&icirc;das, tark&icirc;bbands, and ḳiṭ&rsquo;as (on fol. 282<sup>b</sup>).</p> <p>4.Baḳiyya-i-Naḳiyyah, the <em>fourth</em> d&icirc;w&acirc;n, with the prose-preface. Beginning of the preface, on fol. 296<sup>b</sup>: حمدى كه بقیّۀ نقيّه الخ .</p> <p>Beginning of the poetry, on fol. 306<sup>b</sup>: زبان كه بر در معنى الخ. It consists of ḳaṣ&icirc;das, tark&icirc;bbands, and ḳiṭ&rsquo;as (on fol. 385<sup>a</sup>).</p> <p>5.Ghazaliyy&acirc;t and rub&acirc;&rsquo;iyy&acirc;t, a very large collection, gathered from all four d&icirc;w&acirc;ns, but incomplete at the end. The ghazals are arranged alphabetically, except the first twelve.
