Size 7^3/4 in. by 5^3/4 in.; foll. 272. Thirteen lines in a page.</p> <p>The <em>Ma</em><em>ḳ&acirc;m&acirc;t</em> of Abu Muḥammad al-Ḳ&acirc;sim b. &lsquo;Al&icirc; ḤAR&Icirc;R&Icirc; (d. A.H. 516).</p> <p>Well written in a large hand, with vowel-points.</p> <p>Dated end of Rajab, 991. The copy was made by Rab&icirc;&rsquo; b. Sulaim&acirc;n b. &lsquo;Al&icirc; Bar&acirc;sh&icirc;, for Majd al-d&icirc;n Ḳab&acirc;n&icirc; Yaman&icirc;.</p> <p>This MS. came, A.H. 1112, into the possession of Muḥammad Chelebi.. , commonly called Tiry&acirc;ḳ&icirc;, of B&ucirc;l&acirc;ḳ, who collated it with three other copies. One of these had been collated with the archetype, A.H. 654.</p> <p>This latter collation is noticed at the end of each <em>Maḳ&acirc;mah. </em>Some explanations were transcribed from the same copy. Tiry&acirc;ḳ&icirc; finished his collation at the end of Ṣafar, 1118. He also added the epilogue of Ḥar&icirc;r&icirc;, ¹ and his الرسالة السينية . ²</p> <p>A notice of the author is written on the fly-leaf.</p> <p>[Bibl.
