Isoniazid Preventive Therapy (IPT) uptake and Tuberculin Skin Test (TST) uptake among adults receiving primary HIV care in South Africa .
<p>We aimed to evaluate Isoniazid Preventive Therapy (IPT) and tuberculin skin testing (TST) uptake under primary care clinic conditions, and determine health care worker (HCW) fidelity to the 2014 South African IPT guidelines. Following training on IPT guidelines and tuberculin skin testing (TST), 3 primary care clinics identified their IPT implementation strategy in a participatory manner. Using routine register data, TST uptake was determined 3 months before and 5 months after the intervention. Records were reviewed to identify IPT/TST uptake and factors associated with IPT initiation among adults living with HIV.</p>

Identity Preserved Tracking (IPT) Dataset
<p>The IPT (Identity Preserved Tracking) dataset consisting of 10 sequences of depth data recorded using an Orbbec Astra depth sensor. It features sequences in ten different locations with a high amount of background variation and is designed to be applicable to a wide range of tasks. Its labeling is versatile, allowing for tracking in either 3d space or image coordinates. Next to frame-by-frame 3d and inferred bounding box labeling we provide supplementary annotation of camera poses and room layouts, split in multiple semantically distinct categories. Intended use-cases are applications where both a high level understanding of scene understanding and privacy are central points of consideration, such as active and assisted living (AAL), security and industrial safety.</p> <p>This database may be used for non-commercial research purpose only.
