Julia constitutive model integration replication files

These files allow the user to check that their local version of Julia and the codes provided in the repository at https://github.com/nickcollins-craft/julia_constitutive_model_integration have successfully performed the integration and bifurcation analysis of a Cosserat Breakage Mechanics model. Each file is labelled with the integrator (h² or hyperplastic), the load condition (constant volume or constant confining stress) and whether it is an integration result (containing the mechanical information such as stresses and strains) or a localisation result (the wavelength corresponding to the largest value of the Lyapunov exponent, and a Boolean vector stating whether localisation has occurred or not). The files are in the jld2 format, which is read by Julia using the JLD2 and FileIO packages.

Excitation energy transfer and vibronic coherence in intact phycobilisomes — multidimensional electronic spectroscopy data set and MATLAB and Julia analysis code

Data sets used in the article "Excitation energy transfer and vibronic coherence in intact phycobilisomes" by Sil et al. The phycobilisomes were isolated from the short-filament mutant (SF33) of Fremyella diplosiphon UTEX 481 (also known as Tolypothrix sp. PCC 7601). Multidimensional electronic spectroscopy was performed with 6.7 fs mid-visible pulses (520–700 nm) using a pump–probe optical configuration using adaptive pulse shaping techniques. In addition to the full set of two-dimensional spectra and analysis files generated using global and target modeling and analysis of coherences (3DES oscillation maps), we provide here a linear absorption spectrum with phycobiliprotein component analysis as well as a set of 2D excitation–emission fluorescence spectra of intact and broken phycobilisome preparations.

Sil, S.; Tilluck, R. Oakland Markers Julia And Colin McKenzie Fraser
This is a granite headstone for Julia M. L. Whedbee, the wife of Hugh Alexander Fraser. She was from Iverness Scotland, abd passed away in 1876. Their son Colin McKenzie is buried here with her. He lived from 1841 to 1902. There is an inscripture on the top of the headstone that reads "In hope of eternal life", with palm fronds over it. The carving is shallowly recessed.
Videoessay: "Tanz der Gespenster. Zur Politik der Überläuferkomödie" gefolgt von einer Podiumsdiskussion mit Tatiana Astafeva, Rasmus Greiner, Julia Schumacher und Thomas Weber am 24.01.2023.

Published in: TraMeTraMi 5-2023, https://trametrami.avinus.org/publikationen/5-2023
