<p>This repository holds the raw XML data underlying the diplomatic edition of the Blauwe Schuit-Handschrift (Hs. Den Haag, Koninklijke Bibliotheek, 75 H 57), a Middle Dutch miscellany. The edition was published in the series "Middelnederlandse Verzamelhandschriften uit de Nederlanden", under the auspices of the series' editorial panel and the Huygens Institute for the History and Culture of the Netherlands (KNAW). The present, digital edition follows the (TEI-inspired) MVN-guidelines developed by Peter Boot and Herman Brinkman, supported by a publicly available Oxygen framework (<a href="https://github.com/HuygensING/mvn-xml">Github</a>). The edition and the (Dutch-language) introduction can be consulted <a href="https://bs.mvn.huygens.knaw.nl/">online</a>. The material in this repository is shared under an open access-license (Creative Commons; CC-BY-SA 4.0)</p>

<p>Webarchivarissen en bibliothecarissen verzamelen bronnen die relevant kunnen zijn voor historici van de toekomst. Helaas is het lastig te voorspellen wat al morgen, straks over vijftig jaar of pas zelfs over honderd jaar als bron kan dienen of een historisch moment is geweest. Sommige zaken lijken nu heel belangrijk en relevant, maar hoeven dat op de langere termijn niet te zijn, omdat de huidige coronacrisis vanuit een andere blik of gezien de ontwikkelingen op de langere termijn een nieuwe betekenis en een ander belang zal krijgen.</p> <p>(vanaf 46:10)</p>
