Range; view to the north from the low mountains to the plain south of the Balkhash Lake; in the river valley Macropsis aselae, M. viridobrunnea, and M. pictipes were found. 3―eastern part of Dzhungarsky Alatau Mtn. Range; view to the northwest from the low mountains to the Lepsy River Valley and the plain south of the Balkhash Lake; M. aselae, M. ocellata, M. gravesteini, and M. viridobrunnea were found in the river valley, M. illota was found on Ulmus pumila along the road, M. sibirica was common on the mountain slopes. 4―30 km South of the Western end of Tarbagatai Mtn. Range; view to the north from the plain, on the horizon on the right Tarbagatai is visible; on willows in the river valley M. milkoi, M. ocellata, M. gravesteini, M. viridobrunnea, M. notata, and M. iliensis were found.
