Numbers above branches indicate posterior probabilities from Bayesian (BI), numbers below—bootstrap values from ML, conducted with RAxML using the GTR model of sequence evolution and a partition scheme, with 100 replication trials (0.03 bootstraping cutoff). GenBank sequences of Myzostomida are used in the analysis, Asteromyzostomum grygieri Summers & Rouse, 2014, Pulvinomyzostomum inaki Summers & Rouse in Summers, Al-Hakim & Rouse, 2014, P. messingi Summers & Rouse in Summers, Al-Hakim & Rouse, 2014and Endomyzostoma scotia Summers & Rouse, 2014 are included as outgroup.
