<p>This repository contains supporting data for the article "Rediscovery and redescription of <em>Niphargus enslini </em>Karaman, 1932 (Amphipoda, Niphargidae) in southern Germany".</p> <p>Included in this dataset are:</p> <p>- a zipped folder containing the COI chromatograms from this study (COI_chromatograms.zip);</p> <p>- a Sequencher 4.1 project file containing the COI chromatograms assembled into contigs (COI_chromatograms.SPF);</p> <p>- a FASTA alignment of the COI sequences including sequences from the litterature (COI_virei_enslini.fas);</p> <p>- a zipped folder containing the 28S chromatograms from this study (28S_chromatograms.zip);</p> <p>- a Sequencher 4.1 project file containing the 28S chromatograms assembled into contigs (28S_chromatograms.SPF);</p> <p>- a FASTA alignment of the 28S sequences including sequences from the litterature (28S_comprehensive_dataset.fas).</p>
