Tracking the neurodevelopmental trajectory of beta band oscillations with OPM-MEG

Optically pumped magnetometer magnetoencephalography (OPM-MEG) data were acquired during a somatosensory task using a 192-channel OPM-MEG device which is adaptable to head size and robust to participant movement.

This dataset contains data from individuals aged between 2 and 34 years.

Analyses and descriptions of the dataset were published in eLife (https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.94561.1)

Defaced, T1-weighted MR images are provided for each participant. These were generated using an individualized template anatomy approach where age-matched template MRIs were warped to an optical 3D scan of each individual's head-shape.

Data were compressed using zip on Windows.

Matlab (2022b) scripts used for data loading and analysis can be found on (https://github.com/LukasRier/RierRhodes_2024_Neurodevelopmental_OPMMEG)

Test-Retest Reliability of the Human Connectome: An OPM-MEG study

OPM-MEG data was acquired during naturalistic viewing of a 600s clip from the film "Dog Day Afternoon".

Two sets of MEG data were acquired in each of the 10 scanned subjects.

Defaced, T1 weighted MRIs are available for each subject and OPM sensor locations and orientations are given relative to subject anatomy to allow for source reconstruction.

An example of MATLAB code used to analyse these data can be found on GitHub, which includes all code used to produce the results described in "Test-Retest Reliability of the Human Connectome: An OPM-MEG study" (biorxiv.org/cgi/content/short/2022.12.21.521184v1)
______________________________________________________________
Updates:
v1.0.1
Added missing meshes and AAL source location files

v1.1.0
Added video file used in the experiment

Subset of non-redundant, high resolution multi-pass membrane protein PDB structure files from OPM

A subset of OPM PDB structure files with membrane predictions curated for the MSc thesis project 'Structural characterization of triplets of transmembrane α-helical segments consecutive in sequence in integral membrane proteins: a fragment-based computational pipeline'. The dataset contains PDB files downloaded from OPM on 22/02/2023. The files are alpha-helical integral membrane proteins with at least three transmembrane regions at better than 2.7 Angtrom resolution. They are non-redundant, with a sequence identity of less than 40% based on clustering with the cd-hit algorithm.

Triplets of core transmembrane alpha-helical seqments consecutive in sequence from a curated subset of OPM pdb files.

PDB structure files of triplets of transmembrane alpha-helical segments consecutive in sequence from a curated subset of alpha-helical polytopic membrane proteins from OPM. The structures originate from representatives with less than 40% sequence identity and at least 2.7 Angstrom resolution. All together 332 triplet structures are present from 94 membrane proteins. The PDB ID of each file is the first four characters of the file name.

101 million cell case simulation of subsurface CO2 storage simulated with OPM Flow

This dataset contains both the simulation description (DECK files) and the simulation output for a SPE11C derived test case with 101 million grid cells being simulated for 1000 years. The simulation was carried out on the Karolina cluster at IT4I using 32 CPU nodes on the project DD-23-66. The version of OPM Flow was a pre-2024.04 release version.

This upload is a preliminary upload as the current output is corrupt (the output needs to be read carefully in MRST/MATLAB). An updated upload is soon to follow. This upload is for perservation of historical data.

Identification datasets of OPM- MEG signal artifacts based on channel attention convolution network

In order to realize the automatic identification and removal of OPM-MEG artifacts, we created this data set based on OPM magnetometer reference signal and OPM-MEG signal itself.
