FIGURE 3. Neighbour-Net network of concatenated mitochondrial (COII) and nuclear (PRMT, partial gene) sequences for six species of Onychogomphus from the Western Palaearctic, based on uncorrected p-distances; numbers indicate the bootstrap values for each major clade.
FIGURE 2 in A Critically Endangered new dragonfly species from Morocco: Onychogomphus boudoti sp. nov. (Odonata: Gomphidae)
FIGURE 2. Phylogenetic trees obtained by Bayesian inference (BI) analysis of species of Onychogomphus from the Western Palaearctic, based on gene sequences of cytochrome c oxidase II (COII) (n=50, 695bp) (left) and partial arginine methyltransferase (PRMT) (n=47, 530 bp) (right). Bayesian posterior probabilities (>0.6) and bootstrap values (>60%) for maximum likelihood are indicated at nodes. Tree topologies from ML analysis were identical to the BI analysis at both genes. Variation in morphology of male epiproct of Onychogomphus species is illustrated (center).
